Your price includes taxes. The taxes added to your accommodation costs are the 3.5% lodging tax, the 5% GST and the 9.975% QST for a cumulative total of 19%.
Visa and Mastercard
- A deposit equivalent to 50% of the total of your stay (including taxes) is required at the time of reservation.
- The balance of the total amount of your stay is payable 15 days before your arrival date.
- The total amount of the reservation will be refunded if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more before arrival.
- 50% of the total amount will be refunded if the reservation is canceled between 29 and 15 days before your arrival;
- No refund if reservation is canceled 14 days or less prior to arrival;
- No refund if the customer cancels part or all of his reservation during his stay.
- 3 days before your arrival, a security deposit of $500 will be taken from your credit card and will be released after your departure.

We are not responsible for any temporary interruptions in electricity, water, cable television, the opening of the swimming pools, the opening of the ski-in/ski-out trail in winter, the availability of the shuttle service, the availability of the Parc Plage, or any other service beyond our control. No refunds will be given for such situations.
Please note that it is strictly forbidden to have pets during your stay. Otherwise, a $500 penalty will automatically apply to the credit card on file.
All units are non-smoking. In case of violation of this regulation, a penalty of $500 will automatically apply to the credit card on file.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishes, pots and cleaning products. A coffee maker and toaster are also available. The kitchen must be maintained by the guests. Please start the dishwasher if necessary before you leave or do your dishes.
Towels, bedding, basic toiletries, and laundry detergent are provided. Full cleaning is included at the end of your stay. Additional housekeeping services at the request of the guest are available at an additional cost.
Availability, schedule and access procedures will be communicated to you before your arrival considering that they are subject to last minute changes.
For the sake of the environment, wood logs are prohibited. Guests can purchase ecological logs at their own expense from local businesses.
Access Tremblant reserves the right to refuse any reservation request, either because of the length of the stay, the choice of dates, a pricing error, or any other valid reason.
